Before you book
The questions everybody asks.
Yes. Tolls, parking, airport fees, tax and gratuity are inside the number you're quoted. The only things that can change it are changes you make — extra stops, extra hours, or a wait beyond the free window. Those are priced in your confirmation before they happen.
We track your flight from the moment you give us the number. The pickup moves automatically and there is no charge for the delay. Commercial arrivals include sixty minutes of free wait time from touchdown; private aviation includes thirty.
Airport and point-to-point: twelve hours is comfortable, though we take same-day requests constantly and usually cover them. Weddings and multi-vehicle events: as early as you can, and certainly before peak season fills. If it's urgent right now, call rather than fill in the form.
Sedans and SUVs: free cancellation up to two hours before pickup. Sprinters and stretch vehicles: twenty-four hours. Weddings and multi-vehicle bookings: seven days, with deposits handled per the written agreement. Full terms are on the reservation confirmation.
We operate under a City of Chicago livery licence, every chauffeur holds a current City of Chicago public chauffeur licence, and we carry commercial liability cover. Licence numbers and a certificate of insurance are available on request — corporate accounts receive them as standard at onboarding.
Yes, with advance notice so we can schedule the right vehicle. Please call rather than book online for accessible requests — it lets us confirm the specific equipment you need and arrange a chauffeur trained on it.
Routinely — Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Brook, Evanston, Hinsdale, Arlington Heights and the surrounding collar counties. We also run long-distance to Milwaukee, South Bend and Indianapolis. Suburban and long-distance trips are individually quoted rather than flat-rated.
