Six ways to be driven.
Each one priced all-inclusive — tolls, tax, parking and gratuity are inside the number you are quoted, and the number does not move afterwards. What follows is exactly what each service covers, who it suits, and what it costs.
Airport transfers
O'Hare and Midway, flat-rated.
A fixed price between either airport and the city, agreed before you travel and unaffected by traffic, terminal or how long you spend at the carousel.
Best for the traveller who has landed at midnight before and stood in a rideshare queue in February. Also the sensible default for anyone putting a client, a parent or a candidate on a plane.
The detail that matters
Give us the flight number and we track it from the moment it pushes back. If you land three hours late the pickup moves with you and the price does not change. Commercial arrivals include sixty minutes of free wait time from touchdown; private aviation includes thirty minutes from wheels down, because the walk from an FBO is shorter. Tell us whether you want the chauffeur at the kerb or inside the terminal holding a name board — both cost the same.

Hourly charter
The car and the chauffeur are yours.
As directed, for as long as you have booked. The car waits where you leave it, the chauffeur stays with it, and the plan can change halfway through the afternoon — which is rather the point of booking this way.
Best for days with more than two stops, showing visitors the city, a board meeting followed by dinner, or any itinerary you cannot yet write down. If you know both ends of the journey and nothing in between, point to point is cheaper.
The detail that matters
There is a three-hour minimum on hourly work — a chauffeur and vehicle held for you cannot be doing anything else. Time runs from your scheduled pickup to your final drop, not from our garage. Additional hours are billed at the same rate, in half-hour increments, and are confirmed with you before they start rather than discovered on an invoice.

Weddings
The one day where late is not recoverable.
Transport for the couple, the wedding party and — if you want the day to run — the people who have to be at the venue before anyone else. Planned in writing, weeks ahead.
Best for couples working with a planner, and for families who have realised that six cars, three hotels and one photographer's schedule is a logistics problem rather than a booking.
The detail that matters
We agree the timeline with your planner in writing before the deposit is taken, and we build in the quiet allowances that planners ask for: a route that keeps the couple from being seen before the ceremony, a stop for photographs that does not run into the first dance, and a chauffeur who knows how a dress gets into a car. Multi-vehicle bookings are dispatched as a group so nobody arrives alone.

Price basis — hourly, five-hour minimum

Point to point
Two addresses, one fixed price.
Dinner in the West Loop, a board meeting in Oak Brook, a flight out of Milwaukee. You know where you are going; we quote it before you commit and the figure does not move.
Best for single journeys where surge pricing would otherwise decide what you pay — bad weather, a convention in town, the last Friday before the holidays.
The detail that matters
The quote is firm for the route you give us. Add a stop and we price the stop before we make it, not after. Suburban and long-distance runs — Milwaukee, South Bend, Indianapolis — are quoted individually rather than flat-rated, because pretending one number fits every distance is how hidden fees start.

Nights & occasions
Anniversaries, milestones, and nights nobody should drive home from.
A birthday dinner that becomes three restaurants, a concert at the United Center, a proposal that needs the car to be in exactly the right place at exactly the right minute.
Best for groups who want the evening to stay flexible, and for anyone who has ever had a lovely dinner spoiled by the question of who is driving.
The detail that matters
Evening work carries a four-hour minimum, which is honest about how these nights actually run. The chauffeur stays with the car for the duration, so leaving early costs you nothing and staying longer is a conversation rather than a scramble. Discretion is assumed: we do not discuss where we took you, or with whom.

Alcohol may be carried by guests of legal drinking age where the vehicle permits it; the chauffeur's judgement is final.
Corporate & roadshow
If you are booking this four times a week, stop paying by card.
Corporate accounts get consolidated monthly invoicing cost-coded by traveller, saved traveller profiles, an assigned chauffeur, roadshow coordination, priority dispatch and negotiated rates. The service is the same; the administration disappears.
